Slides submitted after the presentation fee is paid and no later than 7 days before the meeting. Comments will be provided back to you within 3 days.
Final slides submitted no later than two days before the meeting.
At most 16 slides. This allows a title slide and one minute per slide. Note that standard presentation guidelines suggest allowing two minutes per slide. This rule assumes that several of your slides will be product photos or other illustrations that will be gone over very quickly.
Slide title text at least 40 font.
Main bullet text at least 32 font. No more than 6 main bullets.
Sub-bullet text at least 26 font.
Text in graphics at least 16 font.
If necessary, eliminate text to fit the slide. Use phrases, not sentences.
Only present information you consider to be “public.”No statement of confidentiality. No one has signed a Non-disclosure Agreement, and the presentation is inherently “public”.
